These terms are intended to be simple and fair. By commissioning, purchasing, or enquiring with Whispers in the Storm, you agree to the terms below.

Enquiries & commissions

• All enquiries are welcome and there is no obligation to purchase.
• Commission quotes may vary depending on size, materials, complexity, and timeline.
• For commissions, I may request reference information and preferences (colour/mood/element focus).

Payments

• Payments are made securely via PayPal (or another agreed method).
• If a deposit is agreed, work begins once the deposit is received.
• Final payment is usually due before delivery or shipping (unless agreed otherwise in writing).

Delivery & collection

• Delivery/collection options and costs will be confirmed before payment.
• I package artwork with care, but please inspect on arrival and contact me if there are any issues.

Returns & cancellations

• Commissions: because commissions are custom-made, they are generally non-refundable once work has started. If you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to find a fair solution.
• Originals (non-commission): if a return is agreed, artwork must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Copyright

• All artwork remains the copyright of the artist (Whispers in the Storm), even after purchase.
• Purchasing an artwork gives you the right to display it for personal use, but not to reproduce it commercially without permission.
